SRJC Student Government Assembly (SGA) is the representative organization that addresses and protects students’ rights, interests, issues, hopes, and concerns at the local and regional level. Comprised of elected student leaders, SGA promotes the general welfare of students under an atmosphere of intellectual freedom; provides social and academic experiences in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment; progresses equal opportunity by advocating for, securing, and upholding justice for all students; encourages increased student participation, planning and direction of student activities and student affairs; and advances the College in regard to social, technological, sustainable, economic, and instructional practices.
